Vincenzo Sorrentino is a talented chef with a remarkable appreciation of Italy's culinary heritage. He learned much in his early years by watching his parents at work in the family restaurant. At Olive, he strives daily to capture the essence of traditional Italian dishes presented in a modern style.
Italy has so many unique natural flavors and culinary traditions. Recipes are passed down through the generations and Vincenzo's family is no exception. Today, Vincenzo's mission is to showcase the finest produce and ingredients from his home country in a tantalizing range of dishes that satisfy even the most demanding of palates. Vincenzo has also inherited his parents' passion and love for cooking and this is witnessed daily at Olive. "It's all about the taste," he explains.
